- Mizzle buys ingredients.
- Mizzle memorizes a bunch of books, donating them to the library.

> Lady A - Durendal has a lab there! You can use that! Don’t worry, I won’t let him do anything to you. He will not lay a hand on you. (glares at dignitary) We’ll be there as soon as the air ship can bring us.

Probably he’ll be okay.
Off to save the Trishenki.
- Zeal - enlist support to help with Datani. …
- Saraid talks to druids first. Clove at Datani’s bed.
- Galimaufry is going to the Axe Coast to lay an egg. Datani lives there. After a brief stop at home, hope to be able to do something about all this.
- Saraid wants to be sure if there’s anything we can do – concern about Zeal, with Armin having been taken. Maybe talk to him about druid stuff? Datani is willing to keep Zeal busy.
- Anything we can bring from the North?
- Possible may run into some druids there.
- Datani sets up Zenit-Eyes as a focus for Divination communication.
_(As noted last time …)_ TBs go to Lubeck, saying they’ll be back to ask more questions about the whole “all the animalkin came from survivors of the space ship” and what that means.
Lubeck - sorry to part ways, Little Cousins. You’ve done so much.

TBs can use the Aetheric Sensor! … to find those spots! With some modifications.

Saraid - My Trust In You. - push it up to a success.
Saraid intentionally let the locals know when when we are leaving … at Prysma … and all the library folk show up!
Cheering for Mizzle! He is mortified, looks pleadingly at Saraid.
Everyone says goodbye and bon voyage and nice things to Mizzle.
Fyodor gives a nod and knowing look.
2.3 travel days to an island, then SoS to Near Daran. 10 … but Cartography … so 8.
Flying fish … Prysma is fascinated … wants to see how fish can fly … and it turns out they were flying away from a storm … tornado waterspout of fish coming at us.
We try to weather the storm …
TBs grab some of the fish.
Mizzle … gets knocked loose and takes some damage.
SoulDiver - SoS - 5x travel speed. Threat Level high. Let’s see how that works!
Small lake. There’s a spot that only reflects moonlight, even in the daytime. Prysma matches the light, and we dive in.
Travel … with no issues.
# Near Daran!
We rest in our Magic Tent.
Mizzle does some cooking checks.

TBs build a new radio from grenado fragments and mushrooms.
TBs are choked up. Smells and looks like home. But it is still much colder … and snowier … than it should be …
And Mizzle makes coffee and smoked salmon (for MP).
Exploration!
Prysma will be complaining about the cold.
Wind and snow are making flying difficult, so will stay over land.
Travel check: 3! All’s well!
Go to Trishenko? Faster to not, and there was something dangerous.
Mizzle: do a ritual to divine where the nearest group is. Then go to town (anyone still there? what was the danger? anything else?)
Ritual: M sees a handful of people nearby in the forest! Being harrassed by insect creatures!
As we approach - a Paw Post bag. Saraid grabs it.
Up in the trees … several people from town!
Unusual, alien-esque insects!
- TBs barrage two of them.
## Round 1
- Mizzle studies the Locusta. Reroll … feeling guilty … 13! Flash of Insight!
Ambush. Can Pounce. Jagged Blades. Vuln to Bolt. Resist Earth, Fire.
- Locusta 1 - Targets Mizzle. Rending claws …
- Saraid - Stomp! Put two in crisis!
- L3 - Rending Claws - Saraid.
- TBs - Swap out for Fire! Barrage the two injured! They are taken out!
- L2 - Rending Claws on Saraid. She responds back - and misses.
## Round 2
- Mizzle - healing. Big HP!
- L2 - vs Saraid - Guard, pick for Pounce - Mizzle!
- TBs shoot - Guard reduces the damage, but still hit.
- Saraid - Crackling Claw - miss, but FP to bump up to a hit.
## Round 3
- Saraid - Takes him out.
# After the Battle!
Materials! Living Metal Carapace.
Their form looks unusual. Carapace tries to reach and grab.
Thursby, the Catkin … he became a member of the Paw Post.
Used to bully Shiny!

These Things! When deliveirng mail, had the place overrun! Ran out here to the woods, few people hiding here

2nd class Paw Post - you have done us a service – a certificate! Reward from the mainland office.

Flying monsters, burrowing monsters; this weird, shiny skin.
Thursby is impressed by the TBs being so determined to basically be heroes for their family and Trishenki.

Saraid and Mizzle say many good things about the TBs, to the point of them being abashed, which pleases Mizzle.
Pleased mumbling from the villagers about Local Boys Made Good. “These nice boys and our friends are going to save us.”
Trishenko - things
Jenkinses (rest their souls) and we knew we weren’t safe. Some folk headed to the coast, or to New Thule, but local hunters have been doing trade with elves by the coast, so some folk ran off to there.
- Elf settlement on the coast – that’s new!
Mizzle - cooking project … to create communication with Trishenki at the Elvish Village.
The TBs eat the mushroom concoction.
Feel senses expanding … lightness.
… Waah! Dwyer!
Trying to get refugees there.
Phoenix Guard - the elves there, looking for their king.
Two dozen Darans there escaping from … Trishenko, sorry …
Lady Lampara (!) wanted us to speak on her behalf to the Phoenix Guard to let her in to Rozinande. (Mizzle says yes)
Mizzle gets a list of names of the refugees.
Ask of Lampara if she knows what’s going on here.
She doesn’t know anything.
Can they hold onto all the village refugees for a few weeks?
“Staging Point for a Rescue Mission” but building buildings. Maybe could absorb all the TBs.
We should contact Senator Adra - send up an expedition, boats, off to Harmony (or Delmar-on-the-Hill).

Mizzle’s Session 44+ Agenda:
- Rescue the remaining Trishenko survivors
- Escort them to the Phoenix Guard staging area
- Ask Senator Adra to hire ships to take the survivors to Delmar
- Locate the missing Druids and solve the Phoenix situation
- Rescue Dr. Armin
- Recover the Central AI unit from the Elonians

Just for clarification, the great history of JRPG stealing names of things throughout history and reusing them without concern of their origins, it is General [Durandal](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Durendal).
