We really need to schedule more Irregulators-JHHL-Menagerie team training. We need a rotating roster, to keep friction low, keep people meeting new people, and make sure there’s enough teen heroes NOT training to respond to the actual crime which is our primary function. If Nassir, Comet, and Sol want to keep coaching, that’d be awesome too.

So Leo and Aria/Pneuma will team up on that, Aria doing the logistics and being the voice of reason, Leo being the face and the tank for angry shouty people. He’s not gonna be a “boss of bosses” here, just put together this suggestion and put it in the hands of Stingray and A10 (who appear to be their teams’ representatives for now - but he’ll ask about this) and let them decide if they’re on board, or listen to suggestions they make. Notably, he’s not going to ask for any access to the JHHL resources or support staff.

I don’t think we need to play through more training sessions per se, but his goal is that by the time we’ve been at Gardner for a couple months, we’ll have a smooth-running Modern Generation alliance with some experience fighting together, protocols for calling each other, and ways of getting on shared comms. Leo’s goal isn’t to build a single monolithic HHL replacement, but a network of partner teams. There’s not gonna be a second Yule Lads type incident that catches us flat-footed.
