Last time
… We were at Cinder Mountain Hotsprings!
Anders was very nervous about becoming the envoy to Haven.
Robberous snow monkeys!
Zenit Eyes!
We have a new little friend!
After the Battle
Returning Stolen Items:
- Saraid returns an extremely well-loved teddy bear to a big guy.
- TBs returned … really nice tools of the chief facilities guy / custodian. “You have really nice tools …”

We get a treat / dinner for the night for returning everyone’s things.
“Who Am I?”
Mizzle wakes up to find Acorn Pixie and Prisma in conflict. Prisma is tryiong to appear like an acorn pixie – wings! But APs take care of trees! Prisma is feeling sullen.
Prisma is having Existential Crisis and wants people to like them.

Eventually they go off so we can sleep.
The Next Morning
AP is comforting Prisma about not knowing how to fly yet.
Breakfast: Anders joins us. Doesn’t feel like the right fit for the Delmar mission. We reassure him.
We plan our own course. First stop: Parmis!

Travel: We get back to Drellin’s Ferry with no issues!
Drellin’s Ferry
Send Anders on his way, with more encouragement.
Shop for IP.
We’ve Got Mail!

-
Senator Letter 1: Odd things in Harmony! New structures! Fear! Emergency! Agents return to Central. This Means You!

-
Senator Letter 2: Oh, got your letter about the Aetheric Substation being back online. Senate will start investigating, including the substation.
We’ll send a note back, letting them know where we’re going, and asking about the weird fx you’ve seen.
- Letter to Saraid: Mail from Melody’s family, will be coming to visit for a few weeks.
Nothing for the Trimaldis. Sad/disappointed. They cover it … mostly.

Mizzle wants to help them find out something about what’s going on back home.

Brannith the Badgerkin (older friend of the family).
The Trimaldis are excited and, thus, don’t roll well enough to help. Nevertheless, Critical Success!
Opportunity: Information! Brannith is worried … dealing with cold … helping some folks repair some homes … talking to others about leaving Treshenko and going to New Thule.
… TB family is happy and whole and helping Brannith … worried because they have received no word back!

The TBs miss them all the more, but are more resolved to continue on …
Three Days of Sea Travel
-
Saraid is learning knots from sailors.

-
Mizzle is teaching Prisma to fly. Also naming their new friend Prisma.
-
TBs are writing a long letter to send by Paw Post from Parmis. (Mention again possibility setting in Delmar area.
Parmis!
Great towers, colorful banners from tower to tower, quite the sight, looks rich.
Port City of the Merchant Princes of Tel.
Big crowd around two teens with swords fighting.

Nobody’s trying to stop it. Insults flying.
Saraid finds an adult.
Realize they are making a big show, but both are scared (and probably trying to de-escalate while still saving face).

Mizzle studies the sitch. Basically down to family feuds.
(Opportunity → someone they love intervenes)
“Trevor! No! You’ll be hurt!” “Cainan! Don’t be an idiot!”
Turns into the boys insulting each other. Crowd sad there will be no blood.

Oooh, family name “Mercado” that we want (Albert Mercado) (Mizzle notes).
Give chase.
Albert turns about to be his dead uncle.
Directed to cousin Hector.
Kid is giving sass.
Saraid disarms him and holds a carrot to his throat. Or tries. And fails. Distracted by seeing something of the Lamenters …
Sara loses focus.

TBs are ready to escalate if Sara is in trouble.
… Lamenter woman goes humph and heads into the crowd.
Sara pulls us aside. Tells about spotting a Lamenter … first time we’ve seen her actually scared.
We will not let them hurt you!
Visiting Hector
Off to Hector …
Large towers. Banners. Sometimes see people up in the rooftops, younger kids swinging from place to place.

Large House / Small Manor.
Hip-deep in estate stuff. You need to see my barrister.

Invite ourselves in. Hector is overwhelmed with all the work of dealing with Alfredo’s estate.
Suffering from chronic pain – as seasons change, and so the magic changes.
TBs sent off to go negotiate pick-up of solution, medical device for Hector.
Sara and Mizzle will help … sort papers?
TBs
Find way through town.
At the dock is a shipment on a ship in port … a hold on it. But have an invoice for it.
The ship is the Winter Rose, from Telegorod.
…
Find the ship.
But … people in uniforms. Going through the ship, questioning crew, etc. Going through crates and cargo.
Lots of looky-loos.
Ask someone? What’s going on?
Oh, it’s the Elonians, always interfering. Not the local City Guard. But Elonian keep threatening annexation, so the Guard is keeping low.
One of the passengers on the boat is let out, after lots of argument.
Buttonhole him … walk with … the Elonians are looking for passengers who had been traveling with the ship, Elonian dignitaries who had run away.
Split the party, er, character!

- Tiny off to Hectors.
- Shiny in the clank / remote fire support.,
- Whiny sneaking in …
… very sneaky!
Captain Jax fails to spot him.
… sneak sneak sneak …

Captain … you’ve been helping with forces trying to abscond with Lady Ambra!
I don’t know anyone by that name!
Tell me everything you know!
Next Time …
Tiny to the rescue (with friends)).
Also, 16 XP, so level!
Oh, and Dave should write up that letter to the TBs family …
