This isn’t gonna get written, I just want to get this out of my head. I’ve thought about the legacies of the existing characters and what those would look like, and here’s my pitch for them in the form of a team called “The Betweens”.
It’s 10 years after Phase 3. Jordan, now 18 or so, leads a team of younger heroes. It’s sort of inspired by the Power Pack and would be pitched with a similar light tone (yeah I know Power Pack has turned grim in the past, I’m ignoring that). The members I’ve already hinted at or thought about:
Princess Peri aka Jordan Amari. Adam’s kid sister has matured into a heroic identity. Unlike Adam, she’s eager to be a hero and wants to nurture that same spirit in others, while still ensuring the kids in her care stay safe. She’s an unconventional Concordance-type hero with flight, bubbles, blasts, and more, but also uses trickery and illusions.
Astra is Adam’s daughter, around 8-9 or so but with an added maturity thanks to a very special quality she inherited from her father: Sol-Gamma-3. She essentially has some native Concordance-type powers but is much more of a psychic/mentalist type than Peri.
Fez Newman has a dual mentality as part of their earliest life experience. As a result, they normally occupy two bodies: one male, one female. They can combine, where one body wraps the other and one facet of their personality becomes their dominant expression. Despite seemingly being brother and sister when separated, they are a single being. Fez has a unique, seemingly mystical tie to technology and feels as at home in the digital world as the physical.
Who else might show up on a team like this, in the time frame given?
